Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Pattern Exclusivity:

In order to support local needlework shops, all wholesale print patterns will be available for purchase exclusively through shops for the first 90 days of their release. I will promote the patterns on my website during that time, with links to shops where the pattern may be purchased. If you send me your links once the patterns are in your shop I will add them to my own site!

PDFs will only be sold on my website after the initial 90 day grace period has passed, and they will be sold for the same price as the print patterns.

Patterns marketed as being “exclusive” to an event (such as Needlework Marketplace) may only be purchased by attendees of the event the day of the event and 30 days following. After that time exclusivity ends, and it will be open to all shops.


No payment information is kept on file. Orders must be prepaid via credit card or Paypal. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

International customs & duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you choose an invoice as your payment option at checkout, I will follow-up via email with an electronic invoice. Invoices are sent digitally using Paypal. This is the best option for international customers who wish to ship their order outside of the United States, as it will allow me to give you a custom shipping quote.

I am also happy to accept orders from shops via email if they would prefer not to shop on this website. Please contact me at lindsey@countingpuddles.com. Invoices will be sent via PayPal.

Lead Time:

Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. If I’m unable to meet that deadline I will let you know via email.


Orders are shipped via USPS from Boise, ID after payment has been received. A tracking number will be emailed to you as confirmation.

Standard orders within the United States ship at a $5 flat rate.

Domestic orders of $100 or more SHIP FREE. 🎉

For international shipping, please select “invoice” as your payment option at checkout, and I will send you an invoice with a custom shipping quote.

Commitment to Sustainability:

My patterns are printed on a sturdy cover stock, so no individual baggies are needed or used.

Most (if not all) orders are mailed in packaging that is either recyled, recyclable or repurposed. Repurposed materials have been collected over time from my own personal stash and include things such as air pillows, bubble wrap, bubble envelopes, or other materials used for padding (so don’t be surprised if you see mailers from Amazon!).

Exchanges and Replacements:

Counting Puddles does not accept returns on wholesale orders.

Please notify me of any items damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt. Send the damaged items in their original packaging back to:

Once the damaged items have been received, replacements will be sent out as soon as possible.

Online Sales:

Online sales of Counting Puddles products must be on your own website or Etsy. Sales through other marketplaces such as Ebay or Amazon are prohibited.

I reserve the right to cancel wholesale orders due to supply issues or if the above terms are violated.
