Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Pattern Exclusivity:

Patterns marketed as being “exclusive” to an event (such as Needlework Marketplace or Nashville Needlework Market) may only be purchased by attendees of the event the day of the event and 30 days following. After that time exclusivity ends, and it will be open to all shops.

Payment:

No payment information is kept on file. Orders must be prepaid via credit card or Paypal. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

International customs & duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you are an international shop, (or if you simply prefer an invoice rather than making a purchase through my website) please contact me by email (lindsey@countingpuddles.com.)  with your order, and I will send an invoice via Paypal. This is the best option for international customers who wish to ship their order outside of the United States, as it will allow me to give you a custom shipping quote.

Lead Time:

Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. If I’m unable to meet that deadline I will let you know via email.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS from Boise, ID after payment has been received. A tracking number will be emailed to you as confirmation.

Standard orders within the United States ship at a $5.99 flat rate.

Domestic orders of $100 or more SHIP FREE. 🎉

For international shipping, please email me with your order so we can get you a custom shipping quote. International orders over $125 will receive 50% off shipping charges, and orders over $250 ship free. 

Commitment to Sustainability:

My patterns are printed on a sturdy cover stock, so no individual baggies are needed or used, and the paper is recyclable.

Most (if not all) orders are mailed in packaging that is either recyled, recyclable or repurposed.

Exchanges and Replacements:

Counting Puddles does not accept returns on wholesale orders.

Please notify me of any items damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt. Send the damaged items in their original packaging back to:

Once the damaged items have been received, replacements will be sent out as soon as possible.

Online Sales:

Online sales of Counting Puddles products must be on your own website or Etsy. Sales through other marketplaces such as Ebay or Amazon are prohibited.

I reserve the right to cancel wholesale orders due to supply issues or if the above terms are violated.
