DIGITAL GOODS

• Digital goods, such as PDF patterns and other downloadable files, are delivered immediately via a download link sent to your email after purchase.
• Digital goods are only available for delivery within the United States.
• Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid delays.

PHYSICAL GOODS

Shipping Regions:

• We currently ship physical goods only within the United States.

Shipping Rates and Methods:

• Shipping charges for physical items will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For domestic orders under $100, a $5 flat rate shipping charge will be applied.
• Free shipping is offered on select orders over $100; details will be specified on product pages.
• We use cost-effective shipping methods, typically USPS Ground Advantage for domestic orders.

Processing Time:

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-demand periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Tracking Information:

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
• If you do not receive tracking information, please verify your order contains physical items and not digital goods.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Domestic (USA): 3-8 business days after processing.

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
