This modern cross stitch design features a beautiful moth in flight in front of a crescent moon. The wings and moon have intricate blackwork back stitching, giving it that special bit of detail that sets it apart. It was designed as part of the ThreadworX Night Garden Palette- XStitch the Rainbow collaboration, which features designs from over 20 talented designers, each creating a unique cross-stitch pattern under 60 x 60 stitches in size and using the same dreamy 4-color palette of thread.

Close up of #moonlitmoth by counting_puddles —Such vibrant colors and exquisite detail 💙💚 #handcrafted
My weekend project is complete and I love it 💚 - this is #moonlitmoth by counting_puddles using #nightgardenpalette floss by threadworx_intl 💙 Tips for long stitch/backstitch- use one strand sulky 12 wt for definition and it is easier than two strands of floss, sulky color # 1293 & 1149 are a good match for hand-dyed floss…. The blue moon it a bit tricky with lots of counting, stitch slow, use very long strands, first stitch all vertical lines, then all horizontal lines and watch your tension. I purchased the lovely matching stitch accessories from topknotstitcher #crossstitchersofinstgram #stitchallthethings #nashvilleneedleworkmarket2025

Received it quickly, just as promised.
Excellent in every way! Thank you!
My son will be getting married in November in India. This wedding sampler caught my eye because of the brightly colored floral design — reminiscent of Indian textiles. The kit arrived much more quickly than I expected, and I have all of my other supplies (Q-snaps, needles) ready to go. I wish I could comment on how the project is going, but I can’t yet. I am just about finished with a full coverage project that has taken me 2 1/2 years to complete! As soon as that’s done, I will be ready to start this one — hope this one will take less time so it will be done by November!
